Salty Spicy Hemp Rye crackers
- 1/2 cup Hemp Flour
- 1/4 cup Hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup Wholegrain Rye Flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbl spoon Carraway seed
- 1 Tbl spoon pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tspn Paprika
- optional: dash of fave chilli sauce, smoked garlic flakes.
Blend all dry ingredients, add water and mix well. Form into ball and roll out on non-stick sheets – dehydrate and break into crackers to munch on 🙂
